We continuously add new and innovative appliance designs to our line. If you do not see a particular appliance in our online catalog, please contact us. All Great Lakes appliances are fabricated with strict attention to detail and are guaranteed to be of the highest quality.

Lead Times
We request a due date on each prescription and suggest this date be one day prior to the actual appointment date. We will contact you if we are ever unable to meet your requested due date. Please allow a minimum of 5 days in house for all appliances and plaster study models, and for ABO models, allow 8 week turnaround.

We appreciate advance notice for all RUSH service requests and do charge a premium fee along with appropriate shipping charges where  applicable. Contact Lab Customer Service for all special arrangements.

Appliance Protection Program
Great Lakes understands that appliances may be lost or destroyed through the course of treatment. This obviously creates extra expense for your patient. That's why we created our Appliance Protection Program as a type of appliance insurance. This program may also be an asset in furthering the growth of your practice. Master Prescription Program
We know that your technical specifications may vary from our standards. With the Master Prescription Program, we will keep your specifications on file and issue a design number to each.
